In our thoughts, a company’s key to success is not merely limited to the financial gains it’s been generating or its revenue figures but also the number of people who wish to take part and embark their journey with us. We started our expedition as a three-person team only but currently we have a team of nearly forty. This is our magnitude of success and growth. ❛ The more the merrier ❜ suits our definition the best. We at Srikamal have always respected a hierarchy which is based on coordination, guided by mentorship and not by rankings. We have always expected our team members to be responsible, understand their duties and perform their duties with all their heart. Our founders and Management have always given their best to any team member who needs counselling or helping hand because we know what makes a team strong enough for challenges of the future.

Srikamal has always taken care of its own starting from basic humanitarian aid to financial needs. We are a company which promotes transparency of thoughts on all levels. Our management and working space are based on calibrating the headspace of our members in such a way that it provides them with a conditioned mindset for enhancing their financial capabilities and developing an overall personality.

We believe that we need more and more young minds at our place to lead and the experience follows them through our respected Founders and management. We have always felt privileged that we have a team that has shown great respect for the management at every level and align our vision with theirs. We are obviously very fortunate to have people that back us and make us strong as an organisation.
